Learn about the process of cheesemaking as Goldstreet Dairy’s Colin Wood leads us through a live demonstration. Hear directly from the farmers and the cheesemaker as they share stories of adaptation, entrepreneurialism and resilience. Come prepared with sun protection and comfortable shoes.
