Description

The ascent was steep. Benjamin Cooper launched his culinary career in kitchens led by Australian luminaries – Kylie Kwong, Neil Perry – and just kept rising. It’s the charismatic Chin Chin, though, that has proved his most influential post. He joined the original Melbourne restaurant in 2011 and continues to redefine Southeast Asian cuisine on local shores, also overseeing a more recent expansion to Sydney.
