The session starts with gentle yoga from special guest Sara Casha. In this gentle flow, Sara will guide you through a series of poses at a slowed pace, allowing for deeper exploration of each movement. Stretch, release tension, and restore. As you flow, you'll focus on breathwork, relaxation techniques, and gentle transitions, helping you to cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and inner stillness. Afterward, Courtney and Steve from Heart Resonance will bathe you in soothing sounds, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation where stress melts away and inner healing begins. Let the sounds carry you into the parasympathetic state, where your body can truly rest and rejuvenate. Heart Resonance use an array of instruments including crystal singing bowls, gong, handpan, voice, guitar, chimes, drums and more.
