Seasonal Scents: Yule Edition

Pour a full-sized, custom-scented soy candle to gift or keep, in this festive, history-infused workshop with the Hellenic Museum and Thematikos. No ordinary candle workshop, Seasonal Scents is set in the beautiful surrounds of the Hellenic Museum. Combining craft with history, the workshop will begin with a historian's introduction to the traditions surrounding candles, fragrance, and the Yuletide season throughout time. With their newfound historical grounding, guests will then have the opportunity to craft their own soy candle with the assistance of Thematikos artisans. Select a vessel and be guided through the process of placing the wick, formulating a signature scent from Thematikos' range of seasonal fragrances, mixing, hand-pouring, then finally naming and labelling their bespoke creations. This unique and hands-on experience makes for a perfect gift or shared memory in the lead up to the festive season.
