The Pressure Project Freediving Course

Freediving is all about mental strength, mental health, and exploring the underwater world on one breath. It's also an endeavour into one's self. Techniques used in the Meditation world to reduce stress, and anxiety are used to also aid an amazing experience and something that will help with your everyday life. This course is a fully accredited PADI course. You'll dive on the Ex-HMAS Brisbane warship off Mooloolaba. A truly world-class dive the 133-metre Warship is home to abundant life and is truly awe-inspiring. The course is held over two days with theory, breath workshop and pool session's held on day one and a double dive on the Wreck on day two.
