Queer Cabaret for Merri-bek May 2025

The second installment of Merri-bek's very special Queer Cabaret nights, brought to you by none other than local bicon, the pocket rocket that is Lucy Best. Join us once more for another night of unabashed fabulousness! This special event celebrates the vibrant talents of incredible artists from LGBTIQA+ communities, living, working, and playing in Merri-bek. Expect an unforgettable evening, featuring of dazzling array of entertainment from these legends: Miss Mutineer, Freddie Arthur, Sharyn Booth, Strewth Queen, Victoria Bitter, David Peake and Ryan Smedley. This isn't just a show - it's a celebration of diversity, creativity, and joy! So mark your calendars, grab your friends, and join them for a night of pure, unadulterated fun. Important information: Doors open at 7.30, so you can grab a drink and get settled at the fabulous Schoolhouse Studios. Show runs 8pm-9.30pm with a short intermission. The show will include partial nudity, adult themes, and swears.
