Discover a one-day-only menu from Chef Migo featuring eight distinctive dishes, including Lengua Estofado with truffle - a heartfelt tribute to his mum's recipe, cherished and served on special family occasions. Featuring ox tongue, slow-braised in soy and aromats for 12 hours to tender perfection. Migo has taken it to new heights with fragrant fresh black truffle. Other delights on the menu include:
Oyster Escabeche – A fresh and zesty starter featuring scampi caviar
Hiramasa Kingfish Koi Pla –Thai-style ceviche with house-made native Australian desert lime preserve
Pork Sisig – A rich entrée with twice cooked pork
Cone Bay Barramundi - Flaky fish marinated with Asian herbs, topped with coconut curds
Two exquisite desserts – The perfect sweet ending to your lunch with mum
