STEAM zone: Adventurer Bonnie Hancock

Learn about the true story of Bonnie Hancock, the girl who paddled around Australia.  254 days. 12,700 kilometres. Sharks, crocodiles, huge seas, freezing water – Bonnie faced it all on her big adventure.  A story of being scared and doing it anyway.  Hear from Bonnie about her experience exploring the most terrifying and beautiful ocean waters in Australia in search of the Diamond of the Sea. This is a Redlands AdventureFest special STEAM program. Our activity will be:  Show and tell with adventurer and author Bonnie Hancock! Ages: Prep – Grade 6. No bookings required. Children 12 years of age and under are to be actively supervised by the parent/carer at all times.
