Breakthrough's Biggest Men's Meals and Mental Health Dinner at The Adelaide Oval

Breakthrough Mental Health Research Foundation is urging men to sign up for Australia's Biggest Men's Mental Health Event at Adelaide Oval on 13 June, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Tickets are now available with proceeds aiming to raise $250,000 for male suicide prevention research in partnership with Flinders University. Following last year's success with 600 attendees, this year's event promises to be a blockbuster fundraiser. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal, five-hour drinks package, live music, and live auction, along with a mental health skills-building session. High-profile Australians will share inspiring personal stories of vulnerability. The event will be hosted by LIVE Sports presenter Jarrod Walsh, with interviews by 7news reporter Jess Adamson, there will also be a special segment, with AFL captains Tom Jonas and Rory Sloane. Josh Van Cuylenburg, host of The Imperfects Podcast, will speak on "Imposter Syndrome" and how he overcame it. The event encourages men to come together in a safe and supportive environment to address the stigma, discrimination and myths surrounding mental health. Sideline support will be available from Mental Health professionals as well as assistance dogs from OPK9 from event partner See Differently.
