Description

Dr Gergana Panova, a world-renowned choreographer and folk dance teacher, is coming to Canberra to present two workshops. As a young person, Gergana danced as a soloist with the National Ensemble of Bulgaria. She then devoted herself to folk dance research as a professor at the Bulgarian Academy of Science. Gergana has given over 300 workshops in Bulgarian dance over four continents and now teaches at the Folkwang University in Essen, Germany. Special thanks to Rodina Sydney for inviting Gergana to Australia.
