Join Bar Urbane from 7pm on Wednesday 18 December for a Dr Edge Tasmania Wine tasting.
Dr Edge is one of the most highly sought after Tasmanian brands getting around, with pinot noir specialist winemaker Peter Dredge at the helm.
His eponymous brand Dr Edge is his own love project, his passion, where he gets to play around and experiment. Pete sources fruit from three single vineyard sites across Tasmania ’North’ is from Tamar Valley ‘East’ from the East Coast, and ’South’ from the Derwent Valley. He also makes a 4th pinot which is a blend of all three vineyards. Needs to say they are all extremely limited with only 50 dozen of the Single Vineyard pinots made, and 300 of the blend.
