Description

Join Jayden Ong Winery & Cellar Bar across the June long weekend for a fabulous few days of food. The chefs will be carefully preparing a gorgeous selection of high quality meat on the bone, cooked simply over charcoal. A fantastic selection of cuts will be available a la carte all weekend, or until sold out. The selection will include the finest cuts of Victorian beef and lamb, Glen Eyrie Rare Breeds pork chop, and confit duck to name a few, plus a selection of the freshest seafood and vegetarian dishes too. There is also the option to include a 30 minute Wine Experience at the bar on arrival, a Seated Tasting at the Table or the Three-Wine Pairing. Join for a casual snack and wine tasting, or stay for an On the Bone feast. Walk-in guests and casual visits are always welcome, and dogs are also welcome in the outdoor undercover courtyard.
