Mother's Day Breathwork and Sound Healing Journey

The session starts with 15 minutes of relaxing Breath-work to tune the body into a meditative state, using ancients and modern techniques, followed by the sound healing journey where native and meditative instruments are used, like Didgeridoo, Crystal Bowls, RavVast, The Heaven & Earth Flute, Shamanic Drum, Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Pyramid, Harmonic Healing Chimes, Koshi Chimes and more. Each of those with a specific vibration and function for yourself. Bring your Mat, Blanket, Pillow and anything you need to be super comfy during the session.
