Degustation Dinners

Join the team at Jones Winery Restaurant by night for their monthly Degustation Dinner! On a Friday each month, they open for a five course, themed degustation dinner. Chef Briony creates a delicious degustation menu to tantalise and delight your tastebuds. Briony's cooking is inspired by French gastronomic traditions, native ingredients and the sustainability ethos of ‘waste nothing’. Dishes are expertly executed, with all components made from scratch. Mandy applies the art and science of food pairing to ensure that there is an appropriate wine to match each one. Bookings are essential as most dinners sell-out.
