Port River Heritage Tour on the Historic Vessel MV Archie Badenoch

Take a cruise along the Port River on the South Australian Maritime Museum’s historic vessel, the Archie Badenoch! The Port River Cruise will take approximately 1 hour with stops along the way at many of the historical areas and points of interest along the Port River. You may even spot some Dolphins! The Port River Cruise will meet at the Queens Wharf, Port Adelaide (near the Lighthouse), on Sundays at 11am and 1pm. Please refer to website to view session times. Your ticket purchase also gets you free entry to the SA Maritime Museum. About the Archie: Built in 1942 at GMH for the Royal Australian Navy, Archie Badenoch served as a supply vessel during WWII. From 1946 to 1978 the vessel was operated by the South Australian Police as the number 1 Water Police Launch. Proudly supported by DockYard Adelaide.
