A rare and exclusive chance to explore the history of Sevenhill Cellars Grenache at the oldest winery in the Clare Valley. Sevenhill's winemaker or viticulturist will guide you through this 2-hour experience, exploring aspects of the Grenache grape. They will take you to the 100 year old vineyard, explain heritage clones, discuss terroir and show you how elevation can affect the vines and finished product. Tour their underground cellar and learn the processes in producing their Grenache products. Finally, they will go through a tasting shared with a regional produce platter. Taste their current and museum Grenache and develop a greater understanding of styles and characteristics. Join them on this unique experience.
