Join them in the magic light of a Saturday Sunset at The Soul Nook for a beautiful and soothing 90 minutes of sound meditation to harmonise and balance body, mind and soul, taking your meditation to the next level of deep peace and relaxation. Heading into a busy season, what better way to be kinder to yourself by taking time to surrender and soothe your soul. Rebecca will guide you spending 90 minutes escaping your mind and going into deep inner peace with guided group meditation and crystal bowl sound healing drumming, chimes and clearing and cleansing sage ritual. All are welcome, including children over the age of eight. They will need to lie still for the 90 minutes and be conscious of the mediative silence. We will provide blankets pillows and cushions and refreshments will be available from the Soul Nook before and after.
