Festival of Horsepower

The Festival of Horsepower is back in 2025 with a month-long program packed full of adrenaline and excitement in the City of Ipswich! Taking place in June, the annual festival features a number of Australia’s signature racing and motorsports events, from the glitz and glamour of the TAB Ipswich Cup to the raw and adrenaline fuelled action at the Gulf Western Oil Winternationals, Australia's largest drag racing event. Experience a massive weekend of full-throttle racing at Queensland Raceway’s 2 Days of Thunder plus many more events for the month long program! So, buckle up for the Festival of Horsepower, a program of high-octane events that will deliver plenty of excitement and entertainment for the whole family this June!
