The Yarra Valley, renowned for wineries, restaurants, farm gates and stunning scenery, is also home to some of Australia's best independent book shops.
The Yarra Valley Book Trail Tour begins at Grace and Louie Booksellers in the Dandenong Ranges village of Emerald where you will be welcomed by your hosts, Melinda and Anna, before starting a day of book hunting through the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley.
You will stop along the way at A Thousand Lives Book Haven, Woori Yallock; Verso Books, Healesville and The Novel Nook, Yarra Glen.
The tour includes bubbles en route, a three course lunch at award winning Zonzo Estate and a visit to the world famous Yarra Valley Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery.
Their experienced hosts will keep you entertained with local knowledge and bookish games while your fellow travellers will no doubt share their favourite reads to add to your To-Be-Read list.
