Cozy Cinema Club - A Snuggly Winter Escape at Abbotsford Convent.
This winter, Melbourne welcomes the ultimate movie night experience as Cozy Cinema Club transforms the historic Abbotsford Convent into a warm and whimsical pop-up cinema. Running Wednesdays to Saturdays from 4 June to 2 August, guests are invited to sink into a plush bean bag, wrap up in a blanket, and enjoy a heartwarming line-up of films designed to bring all the cozy vibes.
The program is thoughtfully themed, featuring everything from feel-good favourites and cult classics to spooky fireside flicks, romance-filled Snuggle Stories, and family-friendly gems like Paddington and Totoro. With two screenings each night at 6:00pm and 8:30pm, there's flexibility to find your perfect time to unwind.
Before the movie, explore the Industrial Cinema Lounge serving hot chocolates, winter treats, and classic snacks. Plus, don't miss the Oodie Blanket Bar – a cozy activation where you grab an Oodie blanket for the movie, snap a winter selfie, and embrace peak snug-mode.
Brought to you by Arclight Event Co (the team behind Sunset Cinema and Botanica Festival), Cozy Cinema Club is Melbourne's newest winter must-do.
