Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing & Breathwork: Yanchep Cabaret Cave

Kohra Hildebrand from Vibrant Health and Andrew Cox from Treemendus Health, are dedicated to creating unique Sound Healing and Meditation events in the Cabaret Cave at Yanchep National Park. They have been holding these sought-after events in partnership for the past four years, including Kundalini Yoga and Sound Healing, Japanese Taiko Drumming and their signature Sound Healing, Breathwork and Meditation event. Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing & Breathwork event is designed to help bring your body, mind and spirit back into alignment, balance your chakras and enhance your body's own ability to heal. Your Yoga journey begins with harmonizing breathwork and intention setting; our Yoga teacher will then lead you through a nourishing series of chakra balancing postures to open and align your energy centers. The yoga will be supported by the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls attuned to each chakra, opening blockages, allowing your mind to quieten, and cultivating healing vibrations within. Once you melt into a Yoga Nidra meditative rest, Kohra and Andrew will bring in their magnificent Gongs for an out-of-this-world experience through sound. The gong promotes an induced meditative state, enchantment, exhilaration and wonder at being encased in a sonic wave of otherworldly tones. The healing sounds of drum, rain stick and koshi chimes will also be woven into the soundscape. This combination brings about profound peace, healing and spiritual awakening.
