Baxter spent two decades working as a career bartender and brand ambassador before co-founding Never Never. His marketing and brand management skills took the distillery global, while time on MasterChef Australia saw him become well acquainted with the output end of the flavour-making process.
More than 20 years working in and around bars has helped Banks guide teams to award-winning success in leading venues and organisations. He regularly judges prominent spirit competitions and has travelled worldwide to showcase and share knowledge.
