Description
Enjoy being part of our final session, take time to savour some tea, connect with others in the community and give yourself some serenity by the sea! Have a chat with your host Lisa Blainey from Sacred Sounds, as you sip tea and enjoy nibbles before an approximate 20-minute singing bowls sound session with guided meditation.
Choosing your own cup as you arrive is part of the ceremony, please arrive early to give yourself time to have a bit of fun, get settled and be comfortable without having to rush.
Meditations will be conducted sitting up, as you'll be holding your tea at the beginning, and then you may like to lie down. Please bring either a folding chair (preferred) and you may like to bring a yoga mat, folding mattress, blanket, cushion or pillows to lie on for the meditation part of the session or move to if you are staying on for the Free Community Singing Bowl Meditations that follow this event.
Come early and give yourself time to settle in.
If you are worried about wet weather, please text or check socials for the latest updates. They normally have wet weather options so nothing is cancelled.
