Description

An intimate fine diner on the industrial fringe of Mount Gambier? Kirby Shearing made it happen. Limestone Coast produce features across his seasonal menus, lauded for pairing haute technique with crowd-pleasing flavour. Now comes the city. Relax over a lunch capturing the same relaxed country spirit as Elementary – seriously delicious food served with a smile. Shearing, who spent three years at regional neighbour Mayura Station before launching his own restaurant, explores the true meaning of hospitality: one with community at its heart.
